These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://orohandles.com and purchases made from SENSO GROUP LLC, doing business as Oro Handles (“Oro Handles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or use this website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, colors, specifications, and images accurately. However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.

Before ordering, customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, and suitability for the intended application.

Product availability, specifications, packaging, and pricing may change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted unless we contact you and receive your approval.

PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order after it has been accepted. Applicable sales tax and other required charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required by law.

We reserve the right to correct clear pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding and provide the option to accept the correction or cancel the affected item for a refund.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and other payment methods that may be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge, including any taxes shown during checkout.

We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment provider.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Oro Handles currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes order processing and shipping time. Delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the affected order for a refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Approved returns within the United States include return shipping when the customer follows the instructions and uses the prepaid shipping label provided by Oro Handles.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, and include all components, accessories, instructions, and hardware.

Products showing signs of installation, use, alteration, improper handling, customer-caused damage, or missing components may not qualify for a return or full refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who want a different product must return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 15 calendar days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To request an order cancellation or modification, contact info@orohandles.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has entered processing or has been shipped. Shipped orders must follow our standard return procedure.

INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT USE

Door and cabinet hardware must be installed and used according to the product instructions and appropriate safety practices.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with their door, cabinet, glass, mounting surface, dimensions, and intended application. Installation involving glass, electrical components, smart hardware, structural modifications, or specialized tools should be performed by a qualified professional.

Oro Handles is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, failure to follow instructions, or use of a product for an unsuitable application, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Please notify us promptly at info@orohandles.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our business.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this website:

• For unlawful or fraudulent activity
• To provide false account, payment, or shipping information

• To introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
